Phong is a Supervising Attorney dedicated to helping individuals achieve their immigration goals. He is passionate about assisting a variety of corporate clients, specifically those in the medical and healthcare industries, navigate complex immigration challenges.
At the age of four-and-a-half, as a derivative child, Phong immigrated to the United States with his family under the Humanitarian Operation (“HO”) program for Vietnamese political refugees. Having the opportunity to grow up in the U.S., Phong has a profound appreciation for the boundless opportunities’ immigration provides.
Phong’s personal connection with immigration propelled his desire to pursue it while in law school. He graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a concentration in immigration and litigation. During his third-year in law school, as a Senior Certified Law Student, Phong represented low-income clients with immigration issues under the supervision of faculty.
Phong enjoys reading, exploring new foods, and spending time with his family in his free time.
