DEFERRED ACTION CLINIC AT BROWN IMMIGRATION LAW
Brown Immigration Law will be hosting weekly clinics to address Deferred Action eligibility
on Thursday evenings from 5:00-7:00. Please join us for an individual consultation.
Who? Amanda Civic and Roy Hollis, both Spanish-speaking immigration attorneys at Brown Immigration Law and members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, each with years of experience in the practice of immigration law.
What? Individual consultations for $50 (or $90 for couples) for those who think they may be eligible for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) or for Deferred Action for Parents of Americans (DAPA), which have been expanded or introduced pursuant to the President’s latest Executive Action. If you decide to retain Brown Immigration Law for your Deferred Action case, all fees paid for the consultation will be credited toward the legal fees to preare your filing if you retain us within a year of the consultation.
Deferred Action allows many who have been living in the United States without lawful status since 2010 to receive employment authorization and a guarantee from the government not to be deported. Generally, you may be eligible for Deferred Action if you came to the United States before the age of 16 or if you are the parent of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and meet the additional eligibility criteria. We will be able to help determine your eligibility for Deferred Action and, if eligible, prepare your filing.
When? Every Thursday from 5:00-7:00PM, starting March 12, 2015.
Where? At our office located at 720 “O” St., Ste. C, Lincoln, NE 68508. Conveniently located in the Haymarket.
Why? Because of the opportunity to “step out of the shadows”, become legally authorized to work, and no longer be at risk for deportation.
