We also maintain a network of international immigration providers who we use for local country issues. We typically facilitate and supervise the use of local counsel for our clients and then assist with necessary visa issuance from within the U.S.
Should an employee be traveling internationally and require permission to work, we will work hand-in-hand with local counsel to assist with a smooth transition for the worker, while letting the H.R. professional deal with more important aspects of the international transfer.
